The project is based in Enfield, North London, and currently has connections in Sierra Leone. Our first project is to help renovate and supply resources to Weslyan Primary school, in Grass Fields, Freetown, a community of refugees and victims of the recent war in Sierra Leone. We would like to donate funds on a yearly basis in order to keep the schools running efficiently as well as helping the community become self-efficient. 

 

Our current plans for raising funds involve raffles, auctions and fundraisers set at After School Clubs and youth clubs and colleges. The idea is to involve children and young people as well as adults in raising money for children in less fortunate and tragic circumstances, raising social awareness of deprived communities and appreciation of what most take for granted. 

 

We aim to also provide play and sports equipment for the children of our Sierra Leone project to help them develop their creative and physical skills and interests in order to achieve what all children dream about.
